COATINGS are 5-20 mils thick, designed to provide a protective film that will withstand mild chemical attack, forklift traffic and still remain an easily maintained finish for a reasonable price.

Typically, these coatings can be installed over a weekend and be available for traffic on Monday morning. This allows for minimum downtime. These floors are easily maintained, add aesthetic value and increase light rgjkhgkheflectance. Safety lines and aisle markers can also be easily added for logistics purposes. These coatings are available in pigmented or clear.

Our Process:

Diamond Grind
Grinding the concrete with a heavy duty industrial diamond tooled floor grinder to get the floor to the proper profile and remove any former coating i.e. epoxy densifier glue wax ect.

Dust Extracting
This is a very important process to making sure the epoxy makes a mechanical bond to the concrete by using a industrial dust extractor we go over the floor very0 Meticulously to make sure there is absolutely no dust or debris on the floor step

Patching
We now go over any inpurfections on the floor with a 100% epoxy patch kit to make sure Epoxy Canada provides you with a totally sealed seamless finish Step

Coating
This step is customizable as Epoxy Canada will offer you the customers many options – thickness – colours – and texture
